Shipping Policy

1. Shipping area 

We offer transportation solutions for almost all major city locations

Please note: We do not deliver to post office boxes or APO addresses.

2. Delivery time 

Orders with goods in stock are usually dispatched within 3 to 5 working days (from China). The exact dispatch time depends on the arrangement of the freight forwarder.

If you need to make a reservation, please contact customer service. After your order is dispatched, a shipping confirmation email will be sent to your email address.

Working days: Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays and weekends)

3. Transportation changes

Please note that the delivery address cannot be changed after placing an order

4. ORDER tracking 

When your package is dispatched, an email containing your tracking information will be sent.

Warm reminder 

The transportation time may be affected by variable customs clearance times or public holidays. If you have not received the package estimated above, please contact us for assistance.

Transportation times will be affected during public holidays as manufacturers and Courier companies will restrict their operations at these times. Unfortunately, this is beyond our control. Normal services will resume immediately after each holiday.

It may take a few days for the tracking number to take effect on the Courier company's system after the order is dispatched. If this information does not appear on the website of the Courier company, please try again later.

All estimated/typical delivery times are derived from past data collected from past orders. They are approximate times for reference only.

Mode of transportation 

Most of the accessories are shipped from the warehouse in Shenzhen and are usually delivered via UPS/DHL. Delivery usually takes 10 to 15 working days, depending on your location.
