Return & Refund Policy

Can I cancel my order?

Yes.

  • Before shipment: An 8% cancellation fee will apply
  • After shipment: An 8% handling fee plus any shipping recall/interception costs will be deducted

Refunds are processed after the package is successfully returned and all related costs are confirmed.

 

Can I cancel a pre-order or delayed delivery order?

Yes.

  • Pre-orders and delayed delivery items are charged in full at checkout
  • Orders cancelled before shipment are eligible for a 92% refund

 

How long do I have to return an item?

  • You may request a return within 15 days of delivery.
  • Return requests submitted after 15 days will not be accepted.

 

What are the conditions for a return?

Items must be:

  • Unused and unridden
  • Free of dirt, dust, odors, or fragrances
  • In original packaging and original condition

 

Who pays for return shipping?

  • Customer-initiated returns: Customer is responsible for return shipping
  • Our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect items): We cover the return shipping cost

 

Are there any return fees?

Yes.

  • For shipped but unused items, a restocking/handling fee of up to 25% may apply (non-refundable)

 

Can I return a used or ridden product?

No.

  • Used or ridden items are not eligible for return or refund, except in cases of extreme damage or functional failure approved by us.

 

Do I need approval before returning an item?

Yes.

  • All returns must receive written authorization from RidesFlow before shipping.
  • Unauthorized returns may not be refunded and may be returned to the customer or forfeited.

 

What should I do if my item arrives damaged?

  • Please contact customer support within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photos and/or videos of the damage.
  • Claims submitted after 7 days cannot be accepted.

 

How long does it take to receive a refund?

  • Refunds are processed within 2 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item
  • If an item is found to be used or ridden, no refund will be issued and the item will be returned to the customer

 

How will my refund be issued?

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
  • You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed.

 

Are any items non-returnable?

Yes.

  • Non-returnable items include, but are not limited to:Special-order items
  • Used or ridden items (unless approved for extreme damage or malfunction)
