1. Claim
Any warranty request requires proof of purchase and photos or videos of the damaged product. Before filing a claim, we suggest you contact us by email, as your issue may be resolved simply.
Note: We will not replace any parts without first viewing the photos or videos of the damaged product. The customer needs to provide evidence to us via email.
2. Claims for transportation damage
In very rare cases, the received items may be damaged during transportation. In case of transportation damage, please contact us to provide photos or videos as proof so that we can contact the Courier company more quickly.
Note: We do not accept claims for transportation damage within 7 days of receiving the product.
